VERY BERRY SPORT RECOVERY SMOOTHIE

Ramp up for a workout, or bounce back from your long run with Lindsay Mustard's delicious smoothie recipe. Amp up the berry flavour (and your electrolytes) with this perfectly tangy and refreshing drink, featuring Ener-C Sport for rehydration and muscle recovery - zingy!

Ener-C Sport Very Berry Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 packet Ener-C Sport
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 - 3 cups water or almond milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
