Orange & Coconut Raspberry Elixir

This smoothie recipe by Lindsay Mustard checks ALL the boxes: a tangy, vitamin and mineral-packed, immune-boosting, low-sugar health tonic to start your day off on the right foot or wake you up with a zing from that post-lunch slump. Wow - is there ANYthing you can't accomplish today?

Orange Coconut Raspberry Ener-C Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Sugar-Free Orange Ener-C
  • 1/2 medium sized lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 large carrot peeled and chopped
  • ⅓ inch piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
