Loaded with antioxidant-rich berries, healthy carbs and protein and sprinkled with your daily vitamins, this sugar-free breakfast will put some pep in your step and keep you going until lunchtime. Add a spoonful of your favourite nut or seed butter and you'll be unstoppable. Go get 'em tigers and tigresses!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut or greek yogurtÂ
- 1 - 1 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkÂ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sachet Ener-C Sugar-Free Mixed Berry MultivitaminÂ
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries*
- 1 Tbsp nut or seed butter
Instructions:Â
- Add all of the ingredients (except for the berries) in a mason jar and shake, or in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.Â
- Place in jars in the fridge for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer to serving dishes, top with frozen berries and your favorite nut/seed butter!Â
*Add 1 - 2 drops of Stevia if berries are very tart or you prefer a sweeter taste.
