Looks and taste like sweet indulgence, but here's a dessert/snack idea that's actually good for you! Ener-C Sugar-Free Mixed Berry adds just the right amount of tart-sweetness to this delicious frozen treat (did we mention it's sugar-free?) If we told you it's also full of vitamins, would we be spoiling all the fun?
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (we used raspberries and cherries!)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2-3 sachets Ener-C Sugar-Free Mixed Berry multivitamin
- Liquid stevia to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the berries and some of the sea salt. Whisk until smooth and then spread evenly with a spatula on the baking sheet.
- Top with frozen mixed fruit and a sprinkle of sea salt and then set in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove the bark from the freezer and break into 12 pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month!
