Most vanilla-flavoured protein powders have a little stevia or other non-sugar sweetness to them, but if you want a bit more, a packet of Ener-C Sugar Free will add a touch more sweet, even more vitamins and minerals but no extra sugar!


Smoothie Bowl:



  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and top with toppings.
  3. Serve immediately!
