Vegan dark chocolate forms the antioxidant-rich foundation for the bark of your dreams. Choose a selection of your favorite nuts, seeds and dried berries and enjoy this delicious snack!


  • 2 cups vegan dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup of your favourite toppings: 
    • Goji berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, mulberries, bee pollen, walnuts, almonds, cashews, cranberries, coconut flakes…etc.


  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and spread evenly over the parchment.
  3. Layer with your favourite toppings and freeze for 2 hours until hard. 
  4. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
