Ener-Life New Zealand Trip Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promotion is conducted by Martin & Pleasance North America, operating the Ener-Life brand, with offices at [Coquitlam address] (“Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. Promotion Period: The competition opens on December 30 2025 and closes at 11:59pm PST on April 30 2026.
  4. How to Enter (No Purchase Required): To enter online, participants must follow Ener-Life on Instagram, complete the entry form, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and answer the Mystery Rider question.
    Limit one entry per person.
  5. Alternative No-Cost Entry Participants may alternatively enter by mailing a handwritten letter explaining why they should win to the address listed above. Limit one mailed entry per person.
  6. Skill-Testing Question: Entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible.
  7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a trip to New Zealand for up to two (2) people, including return economy airfare from Canada, one week of accommodation, rental car, and ski passes. Food and all other expenses not listed are the responsibility of the winner.
  8. Prize Value: The estimated retail value of the prize is up to CAD $12,000
  9. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries that correctly answer the skill-testing question.
  10. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw. If no response is received within seven (7) days, a redraw may occur.
  11. Travel Conditions: Travel is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. The winner is responsible for valid passports, visas, and meeting all entry requirements for New Zealand.
  12. General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final.
