Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 packet Ener-C Sport
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 - 3 cups water or almond milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
