Ingredients:
- 2 pieces sourdough bread, toastedÂ
- ½ avocado, cubed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Pinch of sea saltÂ

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.Â

While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the bread until golden.Â

Mash the avocados on top of the toast, layer with mushrooms and then sprinkle with sea salt.Â
