In honour of Pride month, here is power-packed and healthy smoothie with a beautiful diversity of toppings. Add a packet of Ener-C, if you wish, for an extra vitamin boost.

Ingredients:Â
SMOOTHIE:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 large handful spinachÂ
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- ½ avocadoÂ
- 5 ice cubesÂ
- 1 cup water or almond milkÂ
TOPPINGS:
- ½ banana, slicedÂ
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- ¼ apple, choppedÂ
- ½ orange, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dried berriesÂ
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Directions:Â
- Add all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.Â
- Pour the mixture into your serving bowl and top with fruit arranging them into a rainbow pattern.Â
- Serve immediately!
