- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 2 cups plant based milkÂ
- 1 handful spinachÂ
- ½ avocadoÂ
- 1 tbsp chia seedsÂ
- 3 ice cubesÂ
