Blueberry, Lemon-Ginger Sparkler
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Ener-C Sugar Free Lemon Ginger
- 4 oz Blueberry Ginger Syrup (recipe below)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling water
Directions:
- Add your Ener-C sachet, blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and a few mint leaves into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a glass, top with sparkling water, and garnish generously with mint.
- Sip immediately for maximum sparkle.
Blueberry Ginger Syrup:

Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 punnet (approx. 1½ cups) blueberries
- ½ cup freshly grated ginger
- 1 bunch fresh mint
Directions:
