  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side. 

  2. While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the bread until golden. 

  3. Mash the avocados on top of the toast, layer with mushrooms and then sprinkle with sea salt. 

  4. Serve immediately.
